What I’ve Built. What I’m Building. How to work together.
Creator-In-Residence Partnerships
If you’re building a platform, product, membership, or brand and need trust, enrollment, retention, and a human-centered storytelling strategy, I offer a few ways to work together:
-
A fractional consulting model designed to support host CIR partner through experience strategy, storytelling, premium user education, and training support.
This could include a defined monthly scope of strategic planning, content development, training assets, community concepts, and advisory support.
-
A structured pilot designed to test the Creator-in-Residence concept and determine where the role creates the most measurable value for host brand, expert, or institution.
The pilot could focus on a few priority work streams, such as premium user education, brand storytelling, team onboarding, and community engagement.
At the end of the pilot, CIR host partner would have a clearer understanding of which initiatives drive engagement, trust, conversion, and team growth.
-
A full-time role designed for deeper integration into host CIR partner, with responsibility across experience design, brand storytelling, premium client education, training, and community growth.
This could function as an elevated internal role that supports both the client-facing and market-building sides of the host’s expansion.
How to Work With Me
I believe in generous conversation, thoughtful collaboration, and ideas that move with purpose. I also believe creative, emotional, cultural, and strategic labor deserve clear boundaries and compensation.
My work often begins with a conversation, but deeper strategy requires structure. Whether you are exploring a partnership, campaign, experience, media concept, training resource, Creator-in-Residence model, or community initiative, the following process helps us identify the right level of engagement before the blueprint gets built.
This is part of how I practice Abandoning Self-Abandonment in my work: by honoring the value of my insight, protecting my energy, and choosing regenerative collaboration over extractive urgency.
My Goal
My goal is not to make the process complicated. My goal is to keep things sustainable and make the work honest and impactful.
The right level of engagement protects both the vision and the relationship.
If you are ready to explore what we can build together, start by exploring the proof (my past projects), then book the conversation.
Four Levels of Engagement
-
Best for initial alignment.
This is where we explore who you are, what you’re building, what you’re curious about, and whether there may be a meaningful connection.
At this level, I may share my background, values, high-level perspective, and general areas of alignment.
This is not a strategy session, audit, proposal, or implementation plan.
-
Best for deeper understanding.
This is where we examine your challenge more intentionally.
Paid discovery may include reviewing your current ecosystem, asking deeper questions, identifying gaps, mapping audience or user needs, reviewing existing materials, and outlining strategic opportunities.
This stage is ideal if you need clarity before committing to a larger project, pilot, or partnership.
-
Best for testing the path forward.
This is where strategy becomes structure.
A paid proposal or pilot may include scoped deliverables, timelines, workstreams, priorities, success metrics, and a roadmap for testing an idea in the real world.
This stage is ideal for brands, experts, institutions, or organizations that want to explore a collaboration without jumping straight into a long-term partnership.
-
Best for building, testing, and sustaining the work.
This is where we move from strategy into implementation.
A retainer or partnership may include content strategy, storytelling, experience design, training resources, community programming, live or digital activations, strategic advisory, documentation, and ongoing refinement.
This stage is ideal for aligned partners who are ready to build trust, culture, and community over time.
