I’m an educator turned founder and interdisciplinary artist whose practice explores identity, transition, self-abandonment and the unfinished middle of becoming.

Working across documentary conversation, sound, portraiture, writing, social practice and participatory experience, I create media and environments in which lived experience can become material for individual reflection and collective inquiry.

My practice grew across nearly two decades of education, wellness, facilitation, storytelling and community-building. Initiating a sabbatical and stepping outside traditional professional structures allowed me to recognize those methods as one creative language and to reclaim greater authorship over where and how they could live.

Through Creator-in-Residence partnerships, I bring that practice into aligned brands, institutions, places and communities.

I’m also the Founder of The Exit Strategy Network, a developing ecosystem exploring how impact professionals in transition can translate lived experience, professional wisdom and creative intelligence into compensated public value and more regenerative ways of working.
