Tawkify:

Relationship Content as Trust + Client Education

Context: Tawkify needed to build authority, trust, and engagement in the dating/relationship space.

My Role: I worked in a client-facing matchmaking capacity while creating dating and relationship content, developing and hosting interview concepts, and curating client/prospective-client education.

CIR-style Contribution: I initiated the concept, produced, and hosted Tawk To Me as a monthly self-improvement interview series around love, dating, single life, marriage, and the relationships that matter most. I curated the programming in editorial seasons, with themes spanning love connection, wellness, family dynamics, chivalry, influence, workplace outcomes, holidays, and year-end reflection.

What Worked: I was not just creating dating tips. I built a relationship education ecosystem that helped the brand feel more human, credible, and culturally relevant.

What Could Have Made It Stronger: Stronger production support, clearer performance metrics, more formal integration with sales/client success, and a defined budget could have helped connect the content more directly to lead generation, client conversion, and retention.

Relevance to CIR Hosts: Host brands, experts, and institutions can use this same logic to help their users/clients feel more emotionally prepared, supported, and willing to invest in premium offerings.
