BE MNDFL is more than just a mindfulness session. It’s a bold new take on meditation that helps newbies and experienced meditators alike rise above the mayhem of modern life. I blend mindfulness techniques and poetic expressions into a multi-sensory experience that helps participants reduce stress naturally and focus on a theme for the day.

The 21st century life is indeed a busy one with bustling agendas, domestic chores and to do lists that never end. The ‘I am so busy’ complex is the common woe and we can’t seem to remember the last time we experienced doing nothing.

This collective attitude prompted the birth of the BE MNDFL Poetic Guided Mindfulness experience.
 

Together, participants and I will make time for ourselves. Together, we will simply practice giving our attention to one aspect of our lives, for 35 minutes. Together, we will relax, reflect, and record what unfolds for us during our mindfulness experience.
